Craftiful Studio Ltd has the following Terms and Conditions to ensure parents and carers know and understand their and our responsibilities.

By booking a place, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.​

Registration:

When booking online, parents/carers are asked to complete a brief registration form. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct contact details and any medical information concerning your child.

Bookings:

Bookings can be made online. Please note that a £2.50 admin fee will be charged for all telephone bookings  (excluding birthday parties)

Payments:

Workshops, Holiday Camps,  After School Clubs and Parties  - All of our services must be paid for in advance. Your child’s place will not be guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

Birthday Parties - A £50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to hold the date. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the party booking.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Bookings for any of our services may be cancelled or altered (subject to availability) up to 2 weeks before the date of the event for a full refund.
